Question guys.
I just flew with a guy that said he would consider flying sick to avoid getting a tea and biccies letter from the fleet office. I was a little shocked (probably a sign of my naivety) as I always thought that this is non-negotiable. Apparently not so.
Anyone else come across this and I wonder how widespread it is.
Not pointing fingers, just a little surprised.
