03ILS. You were successfully test flown a month ago, where are you? Why are you not up there and radiating safe minimas to pilots?
Just because some local ASA manager was contemplating his navel a few day's before your commissioning and suddenly discovered that your profile did not provide wake turbulence separation from the JT Zone, (by 200ft at the extreme NE end 7.8 DME PH I think)) you have been neutered. (With many ASA managers local and national running for DEEP cover). Ths despite the fact that your brother, 03VOR/DME, who has been around for some 15 years, has the same profile at that distance.
Forget trivial threads such as your latest posting,, we should all be asking why you haven't been commissioned, particularly given the weather forecast for the next few days. BRING ON THE 03ILS.
