Alright lads, just let's agree to remember that experienced military multi-engine pilots are just as capable of undermining our commercial Ts&Cs as a CTC cadet with £100K of debt, if they look to finance their own training or 'pay-to-fly' just to get their bum on a seat.
Whether you place the blame on the job-hunting pilot in question, the airline concerned, or existing pilots for not standing up to this rot (probably because it hasn't affected their
own pay cheque...yet) is a different argument, and one we shall have again and again. I blame all three.
