The organization is run by volunteers, Air New Zealand aircraft engineers maintain the four aircraft. The facilities are very basic (you have to go into the main hangar to take a piss for example) & the aircraft don't have the newest interior or avionics but they are well maintained, adequate & safe aircraft none the less & the advantage of this is rock bottom prices!
