I think maybe CASA plans to recover some of their costs by fining the organisations that haven't submitted their DAMP returns by the due date. Apparently nasty letters have been sent out by CASA threatening $5000 fines.
hmmm 11 poor souls at $5K each can more than make up for calendar fiasco.
