I have to agree here. If there are F/O's with the required experience (hrs, sectors ect ect) who are been bypassed by someone who has enjoyed a 40yr career and finished earning 2 bar a year, it's unfair. The union needs to get it's arse into gear and either stop this or get the guys bypass pay.
