I can't remember the name of the fjord in the foreground (my Greenland topo maps are in the roof) but you are about 100kms SW of Constable Point looking NW.

I've been planning a ski trip there for a while - hence the familiarity! I skied a couple of hundred miles south of here for a week around 10 years ago. A fantastic trip. We even ate raw seal. And slept with a shotgun in the tent, just in case....
