The report is unfortunately very true and was written in true arab style....behind your back and directly to the Dir of Ops/COO....this Capt.'s buddy. The F/O had no idea about it until he was told to explain himself....he did explain himself and did a great job of it but it didn't matter because here you are always wrong even when you are right! The F/O was suspended while the Capt was promoted to TRI/CheckAirman!!
The reason everyone knows about this is because when the F/O resigned he copied this same report and his response to his resignation letter and sent it to the entire company, board or directors, and the local CAA....classic!
The name of this idiot capt. was apparently edited to protect his guilt but is was a Capt.
SOMEONE a napoleon type prick who makes up his rules as he goes along and is never consistent with them. I've personally had the displeasure of flying with him
