Well daydreamer, I see the spelling vigilante's are not about today (...professional....). You are lucky.

Anyway, I went to one of these shows last year and I can thoroughly recommend going along if you are interested in a career as a pilot. All the big FTO's were there: Oxford, Cabair, BAE, MultiFlight plus some other overseas FTO's who knew the JAA situation even though they were not governed by it. The chance for me to get to sit down and have a face to face talk with people from these colleges was invaluable. There was also about 5 lectures about the industry in another hall - I went to 4 and they were all very interesting.

I really couldn't fault anything about the whole day. If you can get along do. Even if you are only thinking about embarking on this career a few years down the road, it is still worth going to.
