Spare a thought though for the Stage 3 people who get knocked back at such a final stage that must be a right kick in the teeth ...and wallet....
Two years ago I made it to the final interview with Eurocontrol didn't get picked. It was a hard hit because I was 24 and no chance of going again for the interview. I kept my head up and moved on...now I start the college with NATS in February. The main part to keep in mind with these things is to stay positive and keep moving forward.
