Yes I made it to the final interview and did the iq test and i got the rejection email. I think this is because I hurried the test and didn't do quite well as expected, which is a bummer
Im not the kind of guy that is very good at those tests anyway so I hope next year when I attend I would do even better!
My friend's cousin who works for Emirates did mention that if they give you the picture iq test, you are for sure a strong candidate to work with the company. However, before finalising anything they would have to send off your resume again to the HR in Dubai for a final assessment/decision.
