I am boring and I am a bit of an internet nerd. I also know how dreadful the 2007 accounts were. The accounts clearly state that the ultimate owner is now Howard Holdings PLC. It is Howard Holdings PLC that has gone under. When people say things that are incorrect guess or inaccurate information passed on by others then I will tell them to look at the official accounts. Boring I know. It is interesting that WMIA were at the point of being wound up by companies house for failing to file the 2007 accounts (see DISS40 notice).
