Hey - they're really not huge fans of photoshopping. I'd hand in what you've got as they are and if you are invited to Final Interview they'll give you a big long list of specs for your photos - i.e. buttoned up jacket, clean shaven, no digital/polaroid/photoshop etc. These will be the photos that go to HR Management in EK Headquarters, not the initial application ones, the ones on your online application form, or the ones you hand in on an Open Day, and your interviewer will tell you on the spot if the photos you have are suitable or not.
