EFCC storms Arik Airline

'Security operatives from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), on Tuesday, stormed the premises of Arik Air, for an unknown mission.
According to eyewitness men from the anti- graft agency stormed the airline premises, cordoned off the entire compound, and held everybody present there to ransom.
Nigerian Tribune gathered that more than 60 securitymen, comprising a mixture of men from the EFCC and mobile policemen, arrived the area at 11 am and left at 4pm after searching to get incriminating documents for an undisclosed financial crime.
Sources, however, disclosed that they came to effect the arrest of the chairman of the airline, Chief Joseph Arumemi Johnson, who was not around when the operatives stormed the airline.
Following their inability to arrest the airline chairman, the security operatives were said to have whisked away a senior pilot of the airline'.
