Joe Sharkey has posted his comments on this latest event
Joe Sharkey today posted comments on the law suit and also authored a column in
Editor & Publisher in which he summarizes the events and his blogged comments. He has a link to the actual wording of the papers he was served. They are both ridiculous and almost hilarious.
