Just for info, we where a F100, the DA42 is just my nick and the other traffic was an A320.
Anyway, guys, thanks very much for the discussion and the opinions.
Meanwhile I had a chance and could talk to both ATC (TWR and GND). Both said, that they simple where to late on solving the conflict. I found that very smart.
However, both sides learned a lot from that incident.
