Hello Peeps,
Long time listener, first time caller.
Two quick questions for some of the older and wiser heads, as JAR FCL is a tad difficult to put yer hands on here in tent city.
The CAA were at one time issuing a JAR CPL restricted to UK aircraft. If this is still the case, does anyone know if there is a time restriction between date of the JAR CPL skills test pass, and the date that the licence has to be applied for, and second, notwithstanding the 5 hours of night flying required, if this was done, say, five years back, not on the JAR CPL course, would it still count, or would the CAA ( nice sympathetic wonderful chaps and chapesses ) be prepared to issue a licence restricted to day flying only?
Any ideas gratefully recieved and most appreciated.
All the best,
MB
