...but here is the deal...There are two ways of fixing this. First ..If there is a problem..Speak to someone who can fix it.. Second..If you dont like the job...resign. It is not correct for you to be working there...smiling like hypocrites with the management and tearing them up behind their back....especially as new ppruners..that is such
! Then while you are doing this..telling other people not to come and work there..how do you know that someone else may share your opininion. Leave the job if its not working for you!!
Next..The only guy I knew to be fired after doing his sim check had a history of problems on his file before the sim, probably by some of you fellows! Next with regards to the downgrades, it could happen to anyone but if you do a 360 turn at 1 mlie final and not a proper go around...you could get a call to the office for tea and biscuits!!
