.. i welcome your point of you and have already accepted it as an alternate.. i have heard a lot of survival stories in aviation.."had to wait for 6 years..cabin crew for years" etc as much as i dont want to be in one myself
i have accepted the facts on face value.. the days of basking in the glory of my shiny new cpl are over.. even my family has realized there is no point fretting over it.. thats why the plan to appear for CAT next year..hopefully i land myself a job before that
as for the afi job in India.. the instructor rating has become another money making gimmick in the flying clubs.. a lot of guys with afi rating have been roaming jobless..its amazing how so many new flying clubs are mushrooming all across the country despite the slowdown bt thats another story pls dont mistake this for cynicism or lack of humility im just being very realistic for myself
