There is no chance that there is enough room for both the current structure of lots of small operators, and one or two very large ones in the light jet market.

To this end the business plan can only be along one line (as I don't think anyone believes people will move from business class to private jets, not since the early 90's anyway). They must undercut and give better service than the existing operators through the use of their economies of scale, (a tall order).

JB and blink have shown a penchant for treating YOUR jobs as retirement jobs for ex-BA guys.

So the plan has to be to put existing light jet pilots out of work and replace them with BA retirees.......Ryanair anyone?

Tell me if this is good for the bizjet pilot fraternity.
