You dont seem to need any experience to get employed up here these days...APNG dont have any minimums...they hire guys with bare CPL's. After all...who wants to come to PNG to fly,only in times of jobs crisis.
APNG have lost alot of Otter experienced captains,(no thanks to the MLO)most new Otter FO's have no hours,no prior PNG experience,no IFR rating,& 1st industry job as Otter FO, & @ 250hrs total time.
God help us when the next crew CFIT.
