Good morning Mr Vine, I believe the same was said about US Airways and KLM/Air France. The first came to Servisair and the later almost followed. It would be nice to know what poor performance Legalize is eluding to, things don't always go to plan (especially with some of the tech problems TOM have had lately) but no one from the airline has passed on any problems to us that would indicate any cause for concern. I will check the stats when I get time but I would seriously doubt that OTP from a station point of view is anything other than good (it would be excellent but none of us are perfect
