what the heck did Sir Peter have to do with Ansett's collapse
As has been noted already by Sir Pytor's good mate in the last post, he and Rupert Murdoch mercilessly asset-stripped the airline after buying into it in '79, leaving it in a parlous state. someone might like to list all the assets the Ansett group
owned when TNT/News bought it versus what it leased, (as was quoted at the time, "right down to the paper clips"), by the time they sold it off.
