Yep, 50,000 Euro's is a hefty 'dowry', however it does place an FATPL in a A320 cockpit for 2 years.
When the market recovers these guy's will be well placed to advance their careers whilst those with MEP time will still be looking for that elusive first gig.
I do not subscribe to the popular 'i'd never interview anyone that paid to fly' stance that has so often been quoted. In my experience 'Line Flying' is 'Line Flying' wherever, and however, it has been sourced sadly.
Those that can will be paying...... the rest of us are exactly that.
