ATIS promulgates ILS 27 in use. ATC clears you for a visual 27.
- 'ATIS' does not constitute a clearance - it is 'I' - 'Information'. If the clearance is for Visual that is it. Not sure what 'RV' is? Also I'm having a bit of trouble with the punctuation here "
