Your use of the word "probably" would suggest you don't work for CX. An experienced armed motivated male attacker, versus, a petite chinese female victim, "probably" trained in basic unarmed combat techniques, albeit equally motivated, is only ever going to have one outcome. That outcome will be fatal for one of them... guess which one?
"Often" sounds like bad odds to me. Hand the wallet over and plan your escape would seem to give the best odds... surely not even in your local oasis of low crime utopia does every burglary or mugging end in murder.
