Nice suggestions everyone but it is not an Aeronca, not a Wagero Cuby (whatever that is) and not a PA-11. However, Sablatnic you have something with one of your posts. Don't get hung up on the stringers. As far as I can see they are as per the base aircraft. Although my image doesn't show them clearly there are stringers atop and under the tailplane, if that helps.
This aircraft was first produced in 2005, the year that I took the photo. As far as I can ascertain there is more than one in existence as I have found photos on the net. I have also seen it with a 3-blade prop.
