A German helo pilot told me his country's aviation authority looks into the financial background of pilots before issuing licences to ensure criminal temptation cannot be put in their way
So poor people aren't allowed to learn to fly helos incase they decide to rob a bank one day??!
How does the aviation authority decide whether a pilot is rich enough to have a licence? Someone tell me this is nonsense!
