Excellent point! And I agree..........all the Boeings that I've flown have had standard 'unaltered' Boeing checklists/QRHs, and they worked just fine the way they were (and the way they were originally intended too, I guess).
The Boeing example of 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it' perhaps?
So after your words of wisdom I guess I should really change the last paragraph of my previous post to read:
