Do thery have any opportunity to roll the Franchise before its end! Would they want to? is there any penalty clause for LBC to accuse them of under perrformance in the franchise?
Otherwise I fear Luton will go into decline for the next few years; we've seen it before post Court Line and Ryanair ('91 move to STN).
