Graphics card is the one that came with the pc. Anyway, after reseating everything, uninstall/reinstall etc etc.
Started getting a few other funny things going on, couldn't open regedit, sfc etc.
Did a back to day one install of vista and now everything seems to be working again, just a pain reinstalling and setting everything up again. I'm not 100% sure but this may of occured at an update, not sure which one, for vista.
