The 65,472 is the amount of memory allocated for DOS. This has been done since the inception of DOS and is standard (you can change the amount of memory allocated to DOS, but wouldn't recommend it). Your 65xxx + 129xxx equals the total amount of physical memory you have installed, in this case 192 mb. So in actual fact this is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about, sounds like the supplier is from post DOS era and knows not what he is talking about.
Looks like you wasted a lot of time and effort reformatting, when it really wasn't required.
