erjdriver, thanks for a very helpful post. I've just started looking for work but I've got no clue as to how to go about it, especially in Italy. I used to live there mind you, so I'm familiar with certain practices such as the no-show at your interview (common throughout Europe to be fair, but very different from the US). Where should I look to know what companies are out there in the first place? Is there a web site you might know of? By the time I graduate, I'll have the lowest amount of hours imaginable (JAA 160 hrs + 25 hrs sim + 25 hrs gliding), but on the other hand I have received high marks, I speak 5 languages, I'm a university graduate and have work experience elsewhere in Italy.
