If (as widely predicted on the JET 2 (2) thread) DSA lose out to HUY for getting Jet2 based next summer, then what does it say about Peel and its lack of ambition for the airport?
If it does happen then it would mean in the past couple of months all our nearest competitors (HUY,LBA,EME) recently announcing new low cost carriers and DSA losing Ryanair (albeit just for the winter..or is it?!).
Why invest in a CAT 3 ILS , CAS (D) if you have bugger all aircraft to use them?
Anyway lets wait and see but I can't help but thinking the only Jet2 we will see at DSA is the odd LBA weather divert.
Please prove me wrong Peel !!
