only has 1,000 Grouse this year compared to 10,000 last year
Interestingly I quoted this 10:1 reduction statistic to a well connected colleague of mine who actively participates in such "sports", receiving an informed response that as far as he knew there was no significant reduction in Grouse numbers & absolutely astounded at the figures I quoted. Could it simply be that the grouse moor, like its neighboring airport has simply failed miserably this year
