I always thought the UH-60 had a very strong rotor down wash ..
I had the experience of witnessing a Mi-17 take off, and the spectators at the landing pad (a school ground) who were about more than 100 meters away got blown away .. and when the chopper came in to hook the load, it was mayhem ..
The picture is amazing, as it does look like some guy trying to place his hand on the tail rotor .. wonder what happened if there was 'contact'
