Thank you for the heads up on the site protocol. I just wanted to make you all aware that Dad had passed away as I am sure he influenced many lives to the extent he did mine.
I must say, I find it enriching to communicate with those who knew Dad as he was my Mentor and I am very sure I would not have achieved the special things I have in my life so far = competing at the World Duathlon Championships for NZ, becoming one of the top dressage riders in NZ, becoming a Finance Director of one of the largest advertising companies in Australasia - none of this would have been achievable without the guidance of "Sharpie". He taught me to never give up, when someone said it couldn't be done, meant it could ... I could keep going with underlining his qualitites. I know he will be missed by many. I know for sure when you die there is only one thing you take with you - the love. Dad love you heaps and will think of you every day
