Yet the ATSB think there are no fatigue issues???
You guys need to brush up on your comprehension.

The ATSB said there was "no proof" of fatigue. This does not necessarily mean they don't think fatigue was involved.

I'm sure they would strongly suspect that fatigue was involved. They just can't prove it.
