Hi Forkie, if you plan to come to Sydney the best time is late evening, don't bother before about 1030am you will be hard pressed to get a slot. If you can make it in after curfew you will have no problems and a great view of the city to boot!
Both Execujet and Hawker Pacific offer passenger handiling services.
I believe the all up cost will be around $200, but worth it to stay away from BK!
