I found it really helpful for S1 and S2. Beware on S2, there are more cubes! But this time they're on the computer screen so you can't be sneaky and turn the booklet around!
My tips for S3? Try and get a tower or centre visit in, and read up on the ATC book by Graham Duke (local library will have it) or other ATC books. Having a good background knowledge is not necessarily a must but goes miles with demonstrating willingness (likewise with a visit!).
