Whether it was a flawed business model or not, you certainly got the feeling it was a Lo-Co with heart - assigned seating, staff who gave a damn, and an overall feel of a company that wanted to be different. A shame it was ultimately seen as a cash cow, I think there's still a place in the market for at least one low-cost airline that's not FR - and not EZY either.
