Troll or not, HFS is clearly shovelling something nasty and sticky uphill, and either way it's knobbery on his part, not snobbery on BA's. His best bet is to buy some business class incontinence pads to cope with his apparent tendency towards incontinence and diaorrhea, whether real or verbal.
