Here we go again. In most companies you have april to april. This is how the lawmakers have written the rules. Capt Play! Do you want to correct them or just nag at RYR? It is a good thing to fly a lot during the summer months and less in the winter, believe me. 100 hrs in July is not the same as 100 hrs in in December. If you do a lot of hrs May to Sept you can not do a lot of hours in the dark period. I have never had any problems in RYR flying to much or felt tired
