Remember the government refuses to make official crime rates public. Wonder why?
I'm not trying to defend the SA policing services, they are appalling in many ways, but do you think the UK is any better? On the surface, yes, but cirme figures are massaged and people are discouraged from reporting crime.
Also, what are ' official crime rates'? Who knows.
