I know of one aircraft parts provider who supplied parts to MK and then took the financial hit when MK went into Administration. This reputable provider then agreed to supply parts to MK post-administration (grave mistake in my view) and guess what ? Yes, they are now owed money again and all efforts to get paid seem to be futile so far ! Slap a 'repairers lean' on MK maybe the answer. It's hard enough doing business in the current aviation market without not getting paid for what you actually do.
