I get so sick and tired of people complaining about their current employer.
I had a mate who was a recruiting officer for the Air Force many years ago and he told me something I've always remembered - and found on many occasions to be true.
"No matter what you tell them, people looking for as job will hear only what they want to hear."
He saw a succession of people walk into the recruiting office and join up, only to bitch and complain within six months about the very points he told them would be part and parcel of life in the military.
primeco is a classic example of this. Whether he's suffering BSJ syndome of just feels that life in the Sandpit will be an exciting change, at this stage, he only hears what he wants to hear.
Only time will tell if the blinkers will be shed.
