Once the crew found out there was a strike; which they did before the first flight, that was all they needed. Their communication with single finger sign language to strikers was their signal of how they felt.
Not trying to pick a fight here, but that is a very strong accusation. I trust that you can provide evidence to support your claim. If you can't, I'd suggest you retract the allegation.
