As I thought, the first (necessery) recruitment events will be in Dubai:
Candidates may also appear in person and submit their CV, passport size and full length photographs at the new Emirates Group Headquarters near Dubai International Airport, Ground Floor, Entrance B, on 6th September 2009 between 4:00pm and 5:00pm.
It's just registration, assessments will be later.
I don't see any recovery, though...
People resigned, people got fired, people got pregnant, nobody was hired since March and new aircrafts are coming. Some new cabin crew are needed. No surprise there.
Recruitment campaigns will most likely to start nex year. Maybe spring.
