I think you will find its Eastern Airlines Eastern Australia Airlines - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I did a TPE331 maint course with them a couple of years ago in Perth and the instructor showed us some photos of their facilities .
I am pretty sure DASH 8 heavy checks would be posssible there.
