Lufthansa have begun a management shake-up at new subsidiary BMI with the departure of two senior executives, the Times reports. Peter Spencer, managing director of BMI Mainline, the division that includes all flights out of Heathrow, and Martyn Bridger, the division’s commercial director, are leaving.
